Donnie King is President and CEO of Tyson Foods, whose more than 139,000 team
members at over 150 facilities around the world continue to build a portfolio of
the world’s fastest growing protein brands, including Tyson®, Jimmy Dean®,
Hillshire Farm®, Sara Lee®, Ball Park®, Wright®, Aidells® and State Fair®.
Donnie was elected as a board member in February 2022.
Melanie Boulden
Chief Growth
Officer
As Chief Growth Officer, Melanie oversees Innovation, Research and Development,
Consumer Insights and Analytics, Marketing Communications, and Corporate
Branding and Communications for the company.
As a member of the enterprise leadership team, Melanie reports to President and
CEO Donnie King.
Curt Calaway
Chief
Financial Officer
Curt Calaway serves as Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, he oversees
the company’s Global Finance organization, including business finance,
controllership, corporate development, investor relations, risk finance,
strategy, sustainability, tax and treasury. He is also focused on providing
strategic financial vision and leadership, representing the company with
external stakeholders including investors, lenders and rating agencies.
Devin Cole
President,
International & Global McDonald’s
Devin Cole serves as President of our Global McDonald’s Business Unit and is
responsible for leading our relationship with McDonald’s. His duties include
leading operational excellence, resource management and supply chain to drive
global business growth.As a member of Tyson Foods’ enterprise leadership team,
Devin reports to President & CEO Donnie King.
Adam Deckinger
General
Counsel & Secretary
Adam serves as General Counsel and Secretary for Tyson Foods. In this capacity,
he leads Tyson’s global Law & Compliance, Government Affairs, Internal Audit
Services, Corporate Services and Aviation teams. His responsibilities include
overseeing all legal matters globally, corporate governance, regulatory, federal
and state government relations and policy, internal audit, and risk management.
Adam most recently served as Senior Vice President, Head of Law and Compliance
at Tyson before promoted to his current role. Adam is a member of Tyson Foods’
enterprise leadership team and reports to President & CEO Donnie King.
Jacqueline Hanson
Chief People
Officer
Jacqueline Hanson serves as Chief People Officer. In this capacity, she is
responsible for leading all aspects of the Human Resources function, including
talent management, succession planning, labor relations, learning and
development, compensation, benefits, HR operations and shared services. Her
focus is on providing strategic vision and leadership, operational excellence,
and a superior Team Member experience.
